Our parish is blessed to have faithful parishioners serve on the following committees.
If you would like to learn more or assist these committees, please contact the parish office.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee meets as needed to assist the Pastor in making financial decisions for the parish.
Grounds & Building Committee

The Grounds and Building Committee meets as needed to assist the Pastor in making decisions regarding the maintenance of parish property.

Cemetery Committees

The parish maintains two cemeteries and the committees manage the maintenance and finances of each cemetery. St. Joseph's Cemetery is adjacent at the north edge of the El Paso Township Evergreen Cemetery on East Second Street. St. Mary's Cemetery is 1.5 miles north of Rt. 24 on Rt. 251.
Money Counters

Money counters work in pairs and stay after Mass on Sunday morning to count the weekend collections. Money counters should be accurate and meticulous in following the procedures established by the parish.
Funeral Dinner Coordinators

After funerals in our parish, family and friends may receive a meal to allow them to gather and visit informally in the parish hall. The funeral dinner coordinators gather the food and assistance necessary to provide comfort.
Respect Life Committee

The Respect Life Committee meets as needed to foster appreciation in our parish for the sacred gift of life. The group also works with the diocesan respect life committee.

Food Pantry Volunteers

Periodically the El Paso Food Pantry needs volunteers from each church. The St. Mary's Food Pantry Volunteers help with this effort.
St. Mary's Card Club

The St. Mary's Card Club meets periodically as a social group. Offerings collected are contributed to parish groups.
Knights of Columbus

The Knights of Columbus is a national organization which assists local parishes by helping with tasks and special projects that require both the financial and manpower resources that the Knights can provide. They hold activities that foster fraternal bonds between members and allow for networking opportunities and building leadership skills in members that lead to professional success. Any registered man of the parish, age 18 or older is encouraged to participate in the Knights of Columbus. They meet at 7:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the parish hall. Please see the following link to the El Paso Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen Council #10938 of the Knights of Columbus.
